Regional Manager – International Recruitment & Resourcing ?? Do you have the vision and leadership skills to drive recruitment and partnerships within a key global region? About the Role As an International Recruitment & Resourcing Partner you will play a vital role in shaping my client\’s presence and success within a designated global region. Working within the International Department, you will drive recruitment, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the profile of the client, ensuring impactful engagement and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a regional strategy in collaboration with Senior Stakeholders within the organisation Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring ambitious targets are met Establish and maintain strategic partnerships, supporting collaboration across all departments, internal & external and assist in promoting sponsorship initiatives Work closely with the Head of Global Recruitment and Engagement and the Head of Global Marketing to devise high-impact marketing campaigns Provide market intelligence, cultural expertise, and strategic recommendations to inform investment and engagement decisions Represent the organisation in international settings, fostering key relationships . Experience in international recruitment, engagement, or partnership development. ? A deep understanding of the assigned region, including market trends and growth opportunities. ? Expertise in data-driven decision-making, resource allocation, and performance evaluation. ? Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a keen ability to engage diverse stakeholders. By becoming a Regional Manager, you will help shape my client\’s international success while working in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment. You will have the freedom to design and execute impactful overseas engagement strategies and will play a key role in positioning the organisation for growth in global markets.
