Our client is seeking a CRM Lead / Manager who is passionate about Product. This role requires a hands-on CRM Manager, closely working with the Product teams and comfortable playing multiple roles, as this is often the norm within a Tech SME of around 120 people.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication and Campaigns: Lead, manage and execute hyper-segmented live gaming campaigns to increase retention, prevent churn, drive upsell, and improve overall player experience and lifetime value through personalised interactions with customers.
- Driving Live Gaming Proposition Roadmap: Show genuine interest in the Live Casino sector and grow understanding across product (suppliers/features/mechanics), customer profiles (preferences, behaviours of existing and target audiences), and engagement.
- Project Management: Co-ordinate and deliver the Live Casino commercial roadmap.
- Campaign Optimisation: Continuously optimise offers for increased profitability by experimenting with segmentation audience and reward conditions across CRM, brand, and acquisition campaigns.
- Analysis: Ensure campaign analysis is carried out to determine ROI, continually tweak and improve live product retention lifecycle offers and player communications to maximise profitability.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the product team, providers, VIP, customer support, and brand to optimise campaign customer journeys and deliver outstanding experiences to reduce contact drivers.
- Consistently Benchmark: Competitor products on a global basis and drive development and change to ensure we remain at the forefront of our vertical, keeping track of competitor initiatives and understanding customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years CRM experience.
- Experience in a multi-brand and/or multi-market environment.
- Excellent ability to interpret CRM data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms, ideally from Optimove.
- Genuine interest in the Live Casino sector/online gaming and gambling.
- Strong project management skills, enabling handling of multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently.
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
