Our highly successful Clinical Data Management business unit is growing continuously, and we are now looking for Graduate Clinical Data Managers to join our team in mid-2023 in Maidenhead, UK. If you are a graduate in a Life Science degree and have done/are doing an internship as Clinical Trial Coordinator, Clinical Data Manager, or related field, enjoy data and solving puzzles, have a talent for logical thinking and a keen eye for detail, want to contribute to the development of life saving/changing treatments and are looking for an entry level position that will train you to use industry leading systems and teach you all the necessary skills for a rewarding and successful Clinical Data Management career in a genuinely impactful industry, this excellent opportunity is for you!

Your role:
- Ensure that all Clinical Data Management activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice and applicable controlled documents (e.g Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions).
- Assist the Lead Data Manager or Lead Data Reviewer in end to end Data Management activities to deliver according to the protocol and contracted scope of work.
- Assist the Lead Data Manager or Lead Data Reviewer to build timelines to meet contracted milestones by communicating with leads in different disciplines and the full project team as necessary.
- Assist with the development of Data Management Plans (DMP) and Data Review Plans (DRP) that will deliver accurate, timely, consistent, and quality clinical data.
- Assist with the review of the database design and in the development and testing of data management system edit / data validation checks (diagnostics) and special listings / procedures used as tools for the data review and discrepancy management activities.
- Assist with the creation/ review of project documents such as protocols, eCRFs, eCRF Completion guidelines, DMP, Edit Check Specifications, report specifications, SAE Reconciliation Plan and Vendor Data Plans.
Your profile:
- Degree in a relevant field Life Science degree such as pharmacy, biology, data science, etc.
- Some knowledge of clinical trials process, DM, Clinical Operations, Biometrics and systems applications to support operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A collaborative work style, good problem solving skills, and the ability to learn new systems and flourish in an evolving technical environment
- At least 1 year’s relevant industry experience
