Air Conditioning Engineer

About the Role – Air Conditioning Engineer We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial and/or domestic sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and F-Gas certification, and be confident working independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities * Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, VRV/VRF systems, etc.) * Fault finding and diagnostics on existing systems * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Responding to reactive callouts in a timely and professional manner * Ensuring all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations * Providing excellent customer service and representing the company positively on site * Completing all relevant documentation, reports, and job sheets accurately Requirements * City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent) * F-Gas certification (Category 1 – essential) * Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems * Full UK driving licence * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills
