Perform root cause analysis for incidents and near misses, providing actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence. Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures tailored to specific environments and operations. Prepare detailed reports on safety findings, including recommendations for improvements and compliance status. Provide training sessions on safety practices, first aid procedures, and emergency response protocols to employees at all levels.
