The eCRM Executive will be central to delivering high-impact campaigns, refining marketing automation, and maximising ROI across the customer lifecycle.

Role Highlights

• Build, schedule, and deploy internal and external email campaigns
• Manage data segmentation to deliver personalised communications
• Optimise the eCRM strategy to drive acquisition and retention
• Oversee digital touchpoints, including screen content and virtual tours

You Will Need

• Proven experience in eCRM and digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or flexible workspace setting
• Strong grasp of email platform tools and HTML for responsive builds
• Confidence in analysing digital performance metrics and campaign ROI
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
