Graduate ESG Consultant

Graduate ESG Consultant Location: Multiple UK offices  Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 A UK-based bespoke building, project and sustainability consultancy firm is looking to hire an ambitious and committed Graduate ESG consultant.  As a graduate ESG Consultant you will support clients in meeting their ESG goals and regulatory requirements. From developing ESG strategies to supporting compliance and reporting, you will help deliver valuable, environmentally conscious property solutions. Key responsibilities:  Develop and deliver ESG strategies, frameworks, and action plans. Conduct materiality assessments, risk analysis, and sustainability reporting. Lead ESG-related due diligence for projects, investments, and partnerships. Collaborate with clients to embed ESG practices into their operations. Stay up to date with regulatory requirements, frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), and industry trends. What we’re looking for: A recent graduate in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field. Experience in ESG consulting, sustainability or similar roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills A keen interest in sustainability and ESG  Strong analytical and research skills, with an eye for detail and a proactive attitude Knowledge or ESG frameworks, reporting standards and regulations.
