A leading infrastructure project is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Administrator to support construction operations from our site office in Lowestoft. This is a full-time, on-site role, and candidates must be available to work in Lowestoft five days a week.
About the Role
You will play a crucial part in the day-to-day running of the construction site by handling administration, coordinating logistics, supporting health & safety processes, and acting as a key communication point between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site administration, document control, and communication
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and maintain site records
- Support site safety efforts by coordinating training records and assisting with QHSE compliance
- Track team absences, manage the site calendar, and assist with purchasing and finance tasks
