Leading a team of chefs in a busy restaurant based just north of Cheltenham. We are beef farmers with a farm shop (Teddington's) and a restaurant, The Longhorn Bar & Grill. We pride ourselves on top quality British beef. Pride of place on the menu are our steaks, including speciality cuts.
We are looking for a professional head chef who is a capable leader and able to set high standards for their team. You will need to have a demonstrable track record as a highly competent chef with a genuine interest in British food and meat, in particular. You will need to set high standards of food preparation and presentation, food hygiene, professionalism and conduct.
You will also need to be self-motivated, hardworking, honest, creative, a team player and able to motivate your team to strive for something better. We believe that whoever our customer is, they deserve the same high standard of food and service, every time.
