Quantity Surveyor for Tier 1 main contractor working as part of a commercial team on Major RC Frame project in the City of London.
Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be to work as part of a commercial team from PCSA of a £150m+ Commercial new build projects. The project is a recent win and you will be required to manage packages from procurement and tender through to site and final accounting. Your role will include, but not limited to:
- Managing subcontract packages
- Managing payments to subcontractors
- Valuations and variations
- Subcontractor negotiations
- CVRs
The initial project is in central London and you must be willing to work on site 5 days per week.
Requirements:
The company are looking for a candidate with experience working with another main contractor managing packages under JCT contract. Someone who is capable of working as part of a team and also manage their work independently. You will have a construction related degree and experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. You must be willing to work 5 days per week from site/office locations.
