Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to members of the children’s integrated therapies function, in managing the administrative workload of the team
- Process referrals using local procedures and to book appointments with families and record these using online record
- Provide a polite and efficient reception service to visitors if required
- Order, check maintain and distribute equipment and supplies for the team and other agencies if required
- Accurately type and distribute correspondence, minutes, reports and other documents
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.

- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
