We’re looking for a Mechanical Estimator with Design & Build (D&B) experience to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, and leisure sectors.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for mechanical building services projects. Working closely with our pre-construction and delivery teams, you’ll play a key role in helping us win and deliver high-quality D&B projects across a diverse range of sectors.

Working Hours & Package:
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (with flexibility where needed)
  • Holiday entitlement: 25 days + bank holidays
  • Pension: 5% employee contribution / 3% employer contribution
  • Car or car allowance
  • Office-based, with the possibility of limited hybrid working
  • Salary: £35,000 – £60,000, depending on experience and ability

  • Experience as a Mechanical Estimator, ideally within Design & Build projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Sector experience in commercial, education, healthcare, or leisure projects
  • Skilled in estimating software and Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness
