A leading non-profit organisation is offering an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic team delivering substance use services across Worcestershire. The organisation supports individuals affected by alcohol and drugs, helping them take control of their lives and work towards meaningful recovery. As part of their specialist Criminal Justice Team a new position is now available. The role is centred on supporting individuals involved in the criminal justice system, with a focus on seamless care between custody and the community.
You’ll work directly with service users to assess needs, manage cases, provide harm reduction advice, and deliver interventions, including needle exchange services.
The right candidates will:
- Have experience or a solid understanding of the criminal justice system and substance use support
- Be confident in delivering frontline services and managing a caseload
- Understand harm reduction principles and be able to apply them effectively
- Be organised, IT-literate (especially in Microsoft Office), and able to manage their time independently
