We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company in Haverhill that’s looking for hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their busy team. This is a physically demanding role – but full training, including FLT certification, will be provided for the right candidates. Why This Role? * Forklift training offered – get certified on the job! * Long-term opportunity with potential to grow * Supportive team environment and great company culture * Overtime available * Straight to permanent opportunity The Role Involves: * General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and handballing large items * Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised * Manual handling (up to 25kg) * Supporting the team to hit daily and weekly targets * Flexibility to assist in various tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: * A minimum of 12 months warehouse experience * Physically fit, with a strong work ethic * Able to commit to Monday – Friday, 9am -6pm, with some weekend overtime * Reliable, punctual, and ready to get stuck in * Immediate availability is a big plus Important: If you’re only looking for a forklift-only position, this role won’t be the right fit – it’s a hands-on role and manual handling is key.
