What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead engineering project planning, managing stakeholder expectations, and owning the engineering project plan from start to finish.
- Provide technical leadership for both internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project budgets, assess risks and opportunities, and handle scope changes and modifications.
- Take responsibility for technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality systems and acting as a technical partner to customers and external collaborators.
- Carry out health and safety analysis and ensure its integration within project designs.
- Promote continuous improvement by contributing to project management best practices and engineering process development.
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering.
- Proven experience managing complex engineering projects, including leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid knowledge of project management within engineering, ideally in material handling systems (Electrical/Mechanical/LLC/HLC/Safety).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
