Maintenance Electrician Domestic (Permanent)

Location:Mobile NI -Enniskillen / Omagh Areas Hours Per Week: Monday – Friday, 40 Hours Job Type: Permanent / Full Time Benefits Package: Up to 33 days paid annual leave Company Pension Free Life Assurance Training and Development Discounted Private Health Care Scheme Discounted Gym Membership Uniform Provided Opportunity to work overtime The Multi Skilled Electrician will: Deliver all aspects of electrical installation works from light commercial installations to large industrial installations. Work either as part of a maintenance team for larger installations under the instruction of a local site supervisor or work independently on minor works projects without local supervision. Undertake a range of installation and completion tasks including but not limited to single and three phase low voltage distribution cabling and equipment, steel & PVC trunking/tray/conduit containment, final circuit cabling, second fix final termination of wiring accessories, data networking, HVCA controls, fault finding, inspection & testing, minor reactive/remedial repairs. Accurate completion and timely submission company documentation (Hard copy or electronic) as required per contract. Liaise closely with the electrical engineers to develop engineering solutions to meet clients requirements and budgets. Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered Have a sound understanding of the current edition of BS7671 and associated IET guidance documents in relation to best practice and principals. Have a minimum of 2+ years experience as a qualified electrician. Current Full UK Driver\’s License. Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card Normal eyesight colour vision Desirable Criteria IET Wiring Regulations BS 7678 18th Edition inc. 2 Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card. Experience in planned & reactive maintenance.
