We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Premium Automotive Sector

We're on the lookout for an accomplished and enthusiastic Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team and drive performance in a fast-paced, high-end automotive environment.

About the Role:

As a Sales Manager at Topaz, you will develop and lead a successful, high-performing sales team. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven, responsible for delivering on sales and financial budgets through effective strategic planning. A key part of your role will be to motivate and manage your team to achieve consistent, measurable results.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record in Sales, ideally in the automotive sector
• Is committed to delivering a first-class customer experience
• Can consistently achieve and exceed targets
• Is a natural leader with strong people and motivational skills
• Has a passion for supercars/sportscars, technologies, and services
• Is well-presented, organised, and has strong attention to detail
• Is IT/PC literate to an intermediate level

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: £60,000–£70,000 per year
• Experience Required:
• Business Management/Sales Management: 3 years (Required)
• Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Location : Scotland (must be within one hour commute to the studio)
