Head of Marketing Devon Competitive Basic Salary plus Bonus Job Purpose The Head of Marketing is accountable for every aspect of the marketing function, setting a multi channel annual strategy to ensure the delivery of all set revenue budgets. This role oversees and effectively manages the marketing team and all external partners, ensuring all campaigns align with the company’s goals and values. Ideally, we are looking for someone with these skills: * Proven experience in a senior marketing role and commercial experience required, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry * Experience of setting multi channel and multi revenue streams strategies * Appropriate e-commerce experience and understanding * Previous management experience and strong leadership * Commercial strategic and financially aware * Digitally minded, proficient in marketing tools and platforms, and strong analytical skills * High level of attention to detail * Excellent communication and people skills Interested in finding out more about this role?
