This is a full-time permanent office-based role with international travel, trade and networking events to attend, client hosting and serious account management The company Trading for over 40 years this firm has become a market leader in its filed. A mid-sized firm in terms of staff but huge in its sector. With a wealth of experience, built up supplying equipment to over 40 countries worldwide including Europe, USA & Asia they currently export over 90% of their products. They also providing amazing after sales service covering training, ongoing information and support. Job Summary As International Client Account Manager you will focus on driving business growth by developing new and existing customers. Alongside developing new business from existing customers, you will build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. This involves market research, lead generation, and networking. You will collaborate with international technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. The role The main purpose of the role is to build strong client relationships, hit / exceed annual sales targets. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for selling the company’s equipment via distribution networks and end users. As a result, the role will require significant travel, networking and client account management. * Manage existing distributors * Visit key accounts and existing users * Visit prospective customers * Retain and grow existing business and qualify new prospects * Attend exhibitions and conferences * Collaborating with the marketing to develop new content, events and webinars The Person * A highly energetic, proactive and motivated sales professional * Manufacturing international sales experience (ideal but not essential ) * Experience managing a distributor network * The ability to convey verbally and on paper complex technical topics Package: Competitive basic salary DOE with a target-based bonus scheme, mobile phone, and laptop provided
