Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Events & Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in delivering high-quality events and marketing initiatives. This role involves coordinating logistics for trade shows and exhibitions, managing promotional merchandise, and supporting a variety of marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Events Coordination
- Plan and manage logistics for trade shows and exhibitions (excluding certain flagship events).
- Coordinate with event organisers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage event calendars, schedules, and project management tools.
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of literature, merchandise, and banners.
- Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate budget tracking.
- Collect and analyse post-event feedback through staff surveys and report on event effectiveness.
- Maintain and update banner inventory, liaising with designers and suppliers as needed.
- Merchandise Management
- Monitor merchandise stock levels and coordinate with procurement for reorders.
- Brief design studio on artwork requirements, ensuring brand compliance and necessary approvals.
- Prepare product information for procurement, including codes and barcodes.
- Ensure merchandise is available on the internal ordering system in a timely manner.
- Marketing Support
- Keep content updated across various platforms including the company website, internal hubs, and partner portals.
- Support product launches and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Contribute to content planning for YouTube, podcasts, social media, and other channels.
- Assist with marketing stock reports and monitor the marketing inbox.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to both online and offline marketing plans.
Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in event coordination
- 3-5 years' experience in a marketing role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and a creative mindset
- Strong project management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Desirable:
- Experience in both online and offline marketing
