Our Client - a well revered chartered insurance broker, based in Birmingham, are seeking a Finance Manager to work in a busy Finance department to take on responsibility for the management of client money and general office accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Financial Controller, assist with the development of budgets and financial plans for the company.
  • Working with the wider team, taking responsibility for client credit control, account reconciliation, managing aged debtor and aged credit reports.
  • Volunteer for ad hoc projects as required.
  • Ensuring that all financial transactions are appropriately recorded in line with FCA requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business economics or finance related field - preferred but not essential.
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA - either qualified or part qualified.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
