We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our client’s sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks. This role is office-based.

What You’ll Be Doing in this Administrative Role?

  • Logging customer service agreements and scheduling planned maintenance visits
  • Cross-referencing client CAFM systems with our internal job management software
  • Invoicing completed jobs with accuracy and speed
  • Managing customer portals: uploading job sheets, invoices, and quotes
  • Providing excellent telephone and email support to clients and engineers
