This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that offers genuine variety. You’ll be the go-to person for all things admin, working closely with a supportive and close-knit team. From office admin to HR support, sales admin to order processing—you’ll be involved in every corner of the business.

Key Responsibilities:- Customer & Supplier Liaison – Be the friendly first point of contact: handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing reception duties.
- Administrative Support – Assist directors and senior team members with document preparation, emails, post, and office supplies.
- Sales & Service Admin – Process orders, manage data entry, coordinate deliveries, and provide general support to the sales team.
- HR Admin – Handle HR-related admin tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
