Key Responsibilities: * Customer & Supplier Liaison – Be the friendly first point of contact: handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing reception duties. * Administrative Support – Assist directors and senior team members with document preparation, emails, post, and office supplies. * Sales & Service Admin – Process orders, manage data entry, coordinate deliveries, and provide general support to the sales team. * HR Admin – Handle HR-related admin tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
