A committed, dynamic, and highly organised Senior Administration Officer is required to join a welcoming and supportive primary school office team in Lambeth on a permanent basis from September. This key position plays a central role in ensuring the smooth running of school operations, with responsibility for attendance, admissions, and pupil welfare. Admissions experience is essential.
We are seeking an individual who is professional, solution-focused, and thrives in a busy environment. You will manage front-of-house services, interact daily with pupils, parents, and staff, and oversee vital administrative processes that support the school's ethos and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead on pupil attendance monitoring, including follow-up and data reporting.
- Manage pupil admissions in line with school and local authority procedures.
- Support pupil welfare processes, including first aid and safeguarding records.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to senior leaders.
- Ensure excellent customer service as the first point of contact for parents and visitors.
- Maintain and operate a variety of school data management systems accurately and securely.
