PS Ltd is looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established and vibrant Mansfield Office. We are seeking an experienced Senior consultant for our established Industrial division at our Mansfield office covering our Midlands region. Duties include:

  • High volume of outgoing availability calls to see which candidates are available for work
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Drawing up shortlists of candidates to meet client requirements
  • Reference checking
  • Placing adverts onto various job boards
  • Account management and developing existing client relationships via phone calls and onsite client visits
  • B2B calling and developing new business (this is not targeted)
  • Leading from the front and managing a small team with support from the directors
