As a Support Worker in Durham, you will provide invaluable support to individuals with mental health needs and criminal backgrounds. The role is centred around helping residents with daily tasks such as swimming, shopping, laundry, and medication administration. You will work with individuals who have a variety of complex needs, including personality disorders and challenging behaviours.

This role is about more than personal care - it's about building meaningful relationships with residents and empowering them to live full, healthy, and active lives. You'll provide holistic support through active listening, meaningful engagement, and a focus on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
