They are currently seeking a Project Director to join their team due to new projects starting in Q3 2025. These projects include commercial cut and carve and new build developments with contract values ranging from £50m to £250m.

About you:

  • You should be a project management professional with over 10 years of experience in a consultancy or client-side environment, delivering projects under JCT contracts.
  • Degree qualification in a property-related subject.
  • Chartered status such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA, or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years of project management experience.
  • Experience delivering projects within the commercial sector.
