Are you a motivated, results-driven talent acquisition professional ready to thrive in a collaborative environment? MCS Group are delighted to be working with an award-winning company based in Antrim, currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to join their dynamic team.
The role involves attracting high-calibre talent for roles across Europe. Working in partnership with internal departments, you will design role-specific recruitment strategies, oversee talent pipelines, and deliver a smooth, professional candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume vacancies in a fast-paced and evolving environment - including sourcing, interviewing, right-to-work checks, and issuing contracts.
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates, maintain talent pools, and present quality shortlists to hiring managers.
- Actively source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, networking events, and other recruitment channels.
- Work closely with colleagues across Recruitment, HR, Globalisation, and Logistics to support every stage of the hiring journey - from outreach and interviews to onboarding and European relocations.
- Act as the central point of contact across departments, ensuring smooth communication and shared understanding of hiring plans.
- Leverage labour market insights, data trends, and recruitment metrics to optimise sourcing methods and boost efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records using the company's bespoke recruitment system and other tools to ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Prepare in advance for future recruitment needs by developing and managing pipelines for anticipated vacancies across European locations.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal SLAs, legal requirements, quality standards, and regulatory obligations.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, ideally within a similar sector.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
