We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our team. Candidates with 5+ years of sales experience in commercial contemporary art galleries, a strong network of clients and proven experience generating sales and reaching sales targets are invited to apply. Experience with secondary market sales is a must.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Nurturing and developing relationships with existing and new collectors
- Researching new markets and identifying new opportunities for the gallery
- Developing the exhibition and fair strategy
- Working alongside the Artist Liaison to support the careers of the gallery’s artists
The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who can also work well independently and has an in-depth understanding of the contemporary art market and gallery system.
