Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality bathroom products and solutions. With a reputation built on excellent customer service, expert advice and premium designs, they are looking for a motivated and personable Bathroom Showroom Sales Advisor to join their team.
Role Overview:
As a Bathroom Showroom Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll guide customers through an extensive range of products, offering expert advice and creating tailored bathroom solutions that meet their style and budget. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives sales and fosters long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored advice on bathroom products, designs and solutions.
- Create and present bathroom layout proposals using design software (training provided if needed).
- Maintain showroom displays to high standards, ensuring cleanliness and correct product placement.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, following through from design to delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep up to date with the latest bathroom trends and product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, or a customer-facing role (experience in bathroom sales is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a flair for design.
- Confidence in using digital tools and design software (training provided).
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Hours: Tuesday - Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm & Saturday 8.30am – 3.00pm
