Enfield Council is recruiting a Class 2 Building Control Surveyor (temporary post) to support our Building Control team.
Requirements:
- Full RICS or CABE membership.
- Extensive experience inspecting buildings for Building Regulations compliance.
- Familiarity with dangerous structures, demolitions, and contraventions.
- Strong post-qualification experience, including deputising for the Principal Surveyor.
- In-depth knowledge of Building Control legislation and procedures.
