HR ADVISOR OPPORTUNITY WITH A GROWING WASTE MANAGEMENT BUSINESS IN THE NORTH WEST. Red Kite Waste, a leading recruitment specialist in waste management and recycling, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a thriving company in one of the UK's fastest-growing sectors.

Industry Experience: Ideally you will come from a waste and recycling background. You must have a UK driving licence as there will be occasional travel to the East Midlands.

Role Overview: As an HR Advisor, you will:

  • Support HR strategy through research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Implement HR processes, standards, and tools to meet operational goals.
  • Monitor HR metrics and propose improvements to structures, roles, and processes.
