A well-established and highly regarded firm based in Preston is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join its expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with at least 1 year of experience supporting fee earners on residential conveyancing matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and occasionally face-to-face
- Chase and collate essential documentation, including ID, mortgage offers, and property searches
- Maintain accurate and real-time updates on the case management system and third-party platforms
- Ensure a high level of client service at all times, including for introducers of business
- Assist in preparing legal documentation throughout the conveyancing process
- Prepare completion packs for the accounts team, including completion statements and invoices
