OUTDOOR INSTRUCTORS REQUIRED. Our client offers a wide range of exhilarating outdoor activities, team-building programs, and educational experiences to individuals, families, schools, and corporate groups across their 5 Activity centres. Your day will be full of variety, delivering a whole range of activities such as kayaking, canoeing, sailing, stand-up paddle boarding, mountain biking, rock climbing, archery, bushcraft, and team building games.

Who are we looking for:

  • Safety and awareness: You will be expected to ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and professional manner linked to high quality learning outcomes.
  • Strong Communication: You will need to be an excellent communicator with good people skills. You should be able to manage a group in potentially challenging situations.

Qualifications:

  • You must hold at least one of the following qualifications:
  • Rock Climbing Instructor or Climbing Wall Instructor or other relevant ropes-based qualification
  • Archery GB Instructor award
  • Mountain Bike Leader/instructor or equivalent
  • Paddlesports Instructor / Coach or equivalent
  • RYA instructor or equivalent
  • Bushcraft practitioner
  • Hill and Moorland Leader or Mountain Leader or equivalent
  • Valid First Aid Qualification
