We have partnered with a growing manufacturer who are looking for a production coordinator to join their committed team in Northampton.
As a key part of the production operation, you’ll help manage the flow of work between departments, process essential documentation, and occasionally assist with simple production floor tasks. You’ll need to be organised, proactive, and adaptable—ready to support both the office and production teams as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Process purchase and sales orders accurately
- Organise production schedules, job sheets, and dispatch documents
- Maintain internal filing systems and assist with invoicing tasks
- Track inventory and update stock levels using internal systems
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle queries professionally and respond promptly
- Communicate clearly and effectively across departments
- Assist with component prep, product labelling, and packaging
- Help with quality checks and dispatch during peak times
