An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Site Manager to join a dynamic Partnership team in Leeds. Working closely with a wider delivery team and responsible to the Contracts Manager, the position will deliver a first-class quality product whilst operating in occupied properties ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
As our Site Manager, you will deliver a refurbishment programme of works in Leeds within the social housing sector. We are looking for an experienced site manager with a proven track record of successfully managing workload across planned maintenance programmes. You'll have strong knowledge of internal and external programmes and you'll be an excellent communicator with good customer service and IT skills. You'll be able to demonstrate robust and pro-active health, safety and environmental performance and have the ability to manage our supply chain, ensuring that the necessary processes are adhered to. You will be a confident individual who can take ownership of your work.
