This is a busy, fast-paced role within a growing team and an expanding organisation, offering excellent opportunities for development within ISS. Job Description Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will identify and implement procurement strategies that drive operational efficiency, improve service quality, and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. You will play a critical role in maintaining high performance across planned preventative, reactive, and project-based works. Success in this role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You\’ll be instrumental in ensuring that robust procurement processes are followed and that the supply chain consistently meets the needs of the business and the client. Key Responsibilities Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service across the account Lead supplier mobilisation, ensuring compliance, assurance, and alignment with client requirements Collaborate with Capital Projects to ensure value for money in project procurement Manage procurement risk and contract terms to minimise financial and operational exposure Drive buying compliance to achieve 80%+ alignment with the preferred supplier list Support the rebate programme delivery and maintain alignment between the account and procurement strategy Develop supplier relationships to drive innovation and maximise value through strategic procurement Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Strong background in hard or soft FM, with experience in bids and mobilisations Proven ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions Demonstrates high energy, initiative, and a proactive approach to work Self-starter who can work independently in fast-paced environments Experience delivering FM solutions across complex, multi-site operations Confident representing FM in client-facing and cross-functional meetings The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
