We\’re close to our clients, in the heart of the UK\’s financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly. What you\’ll do Reporting to the Head of Wealth Management Risk & Compliance, the role is part of the second line of defence and provides advice and oversight for the Wealth Management Division of Schroders. The role is involved in providing the tools and framework for managing operational risk, and works closely with the first line of defence and other control functions. The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need Educated to degree level, or similar; Wealth management, asset management and/or risk management experience; Proactive approach; Strong written communication skills and attention to detail: the ability to write accurate, clear risk reports appropriate for the relevant audience; Good organisational and time management skills; An aptitude to learn how to use a new system quickly and to be able to explain its functionality to others; Analytical with logic and problem solving skills; Good interpersonal and influencing skills and a team-player attitude; An ability to deal with sensitive issues; Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
