Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead the strategic and operational growth of the full Globus portfolio within the London region. This role is accountable for delivering profitable revenue growth in line with set objectives and targets. The RSM will also play a critical leadership role—coaching, mentoring and managing a high-performing sales team consisting of Territory Account Managers and Territory Associates to consistently achieve strong quarterly and annual performance.
Essential Functions
- Drive and exceed revenue targets and ensure sustained profitable growth within the region.
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing regional sales team to achieve and maintain peak performance.
- Quarterly review of sales plans/objectives, to ensure achievement of annual business objectives.
- Setting quarterly and yearly sales and activity plans.
- Monitoring of all sales activity, to ensure delivery of all qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Ensure all company property and resources are well maintained and fit for purpose.
- Management of all deployed inventory, to ensure achievement of expected turn rates, inventory audits and utilization of loaner program.
- Provide detailed monthly reports to NSM on regional performance and budget, Account Manager performance and product/capital penetration.
- Ensure timely actions on underperforming territories and individuals, to facilitate profitable growth and performance.
- Actively support Regional and National Sales meetings.
- Support and drive a high-performance culture and develop a market leading performing team.
- Manage the complex sales process of selling disruptive capital technologies into new hospitals.
- Owning C-level interactions and negotiations.
- Collaborate with respective Globus teams and partners.
- Develop key opinion leader relationships with both surgeons and executives.
- Manage expenses within a budget.
- Handles contractual issues and coordinates system installation upon purchase approval.
- Forecasts system sales and manages expenses within a budget.
- Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent organizational skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical device sales, preferably capital equipment or spinal technologies.
- At least 3 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of team development and success.
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding quota and driving growth.
- Well organized, detail orientated, proficient in reporting and sales analysis skills.
- Strong in Excel and Power Point.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
- Success in introducing new technologies into a market.
- Strong executive-level negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to travel up to 75% within region.
