Our client, a leading solicitors practice in Dungannon, are seeking a full time Solicitor with experience in Conveyancing and Litigation. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Job Role
To be responsible for providing professional legal services and advice in relation to an assigned caseload (primarily conveyancing, contracts and litigation) to the client.
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- To carry out professional duties as a qualified solicitor.
- To be responsible for the undertaking of general conveyancing matters including the drafting and settling of documents in relation to conveyances, leases, letting and licences and all miscellaneous matters arising therefrom.
- To undertake the initiation and defence of litigation arising from contract and property transactions as directed.
Essential criteria
- Qualified solicitor entitled to practise in Northern Ireland;
- Possess a full, current driving licence which enables them to drive in Northern Ireland and a car available for official business or have access to a form of transport which enables them to meet the requirements of the post;
