Part-Time Year 1 Teacher – Uxbridge Primary School – September 2025 Start  Pertemps Education is working in partnership with a primary school in Uxbridge to recruit a Part-Time Year 1 Class Teacher for a September 2025 start.    This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive school community committed to nurturing and inspiring young learners. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning in a well-resourced and positive environment.    Location: Uxbridge  Start Date: September 2025  Contract: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Long-Term  Salary: M3 – UPS3 + Outer London Allowance (Pro Rata)    About the Role:  Teach a Year 1 class on a part-time basis  Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum  Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment that encourages progress and curiosity  Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and meet the needs of all pupils  Work collaboratively with the parallel Year 1 teacher and wider KS1 team  Communicate positively with parents and carers  Engage with school life, including team planning and key stage meetings   The Ideal Candidate Will:  Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)  Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1  Demonstrate strong planning, assessment, and behaviour management skills  Be reflective, organised, and committed to high standards  Be a positive and collaborative team player  Be passionate about making learning enjoyable and accessible for all pupils   Why Join This School?  Supportive and experienced senior leadership team  Welcoming and inclusive school culture  Strong focus on staff wellbeing and development  Engaged, well-behaved pupils who enjoy learning  Opportunities for further professional development and progression   To Apply:  Follow the instructions in this advert, send your CV to (url removed), or call (phone number removed) for more information
