QAQC Manager - Goodwood

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and maintain high standards across all electrical installations and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring all works comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and client specifications on commercial and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and manage the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) * Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality checks on electrical installations * Ensure compliance with BS 7671, NICEIC, and other relevant regulations * Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure QA processes are embedded in delivery * Prepare and maintain documentation for testing, commissioning, and handover * Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions * Train staff on quality standards and best practices * Liaise with clients and third-party auditors where required Requirements: * Proven experience in a QA/QC role within the electrical industry * Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and standards (e.g., BS 7671, IET Wiring Regs) * Understanding of commercial/industrial project delivery * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * NICEIC experience/certification is desirable * Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition etc.) * Strong written and verbal communication skills
