Fantastic opportunity for a Qualified (CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA) Tax professional looking to make their first move into industry or someone seeking a broader corporate tax role that has already made the move into industry. Must have proven UK corporate tax experience. This is a broad role working for a Multi-Billion turnover international business with excellent scope for future development. You will assist with all aspects of UK corporate tax compliance and reporting providing real breadth, complexity and variety.
The role will cover:
- Playing a pivotal role in tax compliance projects.
- UK Corporation Tax Computations.
- Working closely with external advisors acting as a key contact for tax compliance related queries.
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant UK tax laws and regulations.
- Supporting Group Finance with tax reporting, tax provisions, statutory accounts.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business, providing proactive advice and guidance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure tax strategies align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Support finance during audits.
- Research & Development Expenditure Credit Claims.
- PAYE reporting returns including PSA, P11D(b) and share scheme return.
- Providing technical advice around areas such as VAT Returns.
- Provide expert advice on tax matters to internal stakeholders through knowledge of UK tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
