We're recruiting for a Framework and Standards Manager within our Centre of Excellence to lead the development and implementation of best-in-class frameworks, standards, and governance models across the organisation. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape how we deliver value, ensure consistency, and support innovation.
What you will be doing:
- Provide expert advice in one or more specialist areas to inform decision-making, resolve challenges, and shape standards and methodologies across the organisation.
- Develop solutions to complex functional problems, contribute to management reviews, and support the evolution of our governance approach - this may include supervising professional or administrative staff.
- Support the development of others in your field through training, mentoring, and recommending professional development pathways.
- Play a key role in project reviews, peer assists, and stage-gate reviews by offering deep expertise in frameworks and standards.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing organisation-wide frameworks and standards.
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance in complex or regulated environments.
