Linsco are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman/Manager with a strong understanding of food industry standards and compliance to support the final stages of a newly built food production factory. This is not a hands-on role - instead, you will be responsible for walking the site, identifying snags, and documenting outstanding items to ensure the build is fully compliant and ready for handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Walk the site to inspect finishes, fittings, and compliance
- Identify and document all snagging issues in line with food industry standards
- Report issues to the main contractor/site team for action
- Ensure works align with hygiene, safety, and operational standards specific to food production environments
- Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on food production or clean-room environments
