Finishing Manager

Job Title: Finishing Foreman / Manager – Food Production Facility Location: Mexborough Start Date: ASAP The Opportunity: Linsco are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman/Manager with a strong understanding of food industry standards and compliance to support the final stages of a newly built food production factory. This is not a hands-on role – instead, you\’ll be responsible for walking the site, identifying snags, and documenting outstanding items to ensure the build is fully compliant and ready for handover. Key Responsibilities: Walk the site to inspect finishes, fittings, and compliance Identify and document all snagging issues in line with food industry standards Report issues to the main contractor/site team for action Ensure works align with hygiene, safety, and operational standards specific to food production environments Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors as neededRequirements: Previous experience working on food production or clean-room environments Strong eye for detail and familiarity with industry-specific criteria Ability to produce clear snagging reports Excellent communication skills and site presence SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS card preferredIf interested, please apply with your CV.
