This Site Manager role is with one of the UK’s leading Dry Lining contractors undertaking major schemes for tier one main contractors. They have had a very successful start to 2025 and have numerous commercial office fit projects due to go to site.
For this particular role, we are looking for a Dry Lining Site Manager with commercial office fit out experience.
Key Requirements:- Your key responsibility will be to ensure that the project is built safely, economically and within the agreed timescales whilst delivering quality.
- You will be responsible for managing large scale Dry Lining packages.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring that both sub-contractors and resources are allocated effectively.
- Prior recent experience of working for well-known Dry Lining contractors who have worked with Tier 1 main contractors is essential.
- You must also hold an SMSTS and a Black Manager’s CSCS as a minimum.
- Long term contracts are on offer.
