Permanent role, home based with some travel to see learners when needed in Plymouth and Tavistock, Devon – mileage paid.

How would you like to have a fantastic career, working for one of the UK’s largest training providers? We are seeking someone who is either a Trainer, Assessor, or Coach in Hospitality, or has solid experience as a Manager in the Hospitality industry, as the company can offer development to become a coach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with learners at their place of work, mostly for many of the UK’s best loved names in the industry.
  • Coaching learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
  • Providing support, guidance, and motivation that helps them get career building qualifications.
  • Keeping records of learner progress, goal setting, and achievements through the learner platform.

Essential requirements for the role:

  • Experience with both front of house and back of house roles.
  • Supervisory or management experience within a food and beverage environment.
  • Must be a car owner/driver.

Beneficial if you have some of the below, but not essential:

  • NVQ level 3 in senior production chef or hospitality supervision or a BTEC level 3 hospitality management.
  • Previous experience of delivering training in your sector.
  • Experience of working with or alongside apprentices in your current or previous roles.
