An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join a prestigious, family-owned wine producer with a global presence. This role offers the chance to work with one of the UK's largest grocery retailers, managing a significant portion of the company's business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key elements of the Tesco Group account, with P&L responsibility
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth across multiple channels
- Lead category management initiatives, providing insights and recommendations
- Oversee A&P budgets and forecast volumes in collaboration with internal teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships across various departments within Tesco
- Contribute to the development of the UK grocery commercial strategy
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven success in account management within the FMCG sector
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills working with syndicated data (dh, Kantar WP, Nielsen IQ, Circana)
- Experience in managing P&L and budgets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A degree-level education
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Wine industry experience is desirable but not essential
Location: South East England - hybrid working (1 day a week in the office)
