Are you ready to take the next step in your freight forwarding career? We are looking for an ambitious Logistics & Freight Sales Coordinator to drive growth and build strong relationships in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll be at the heart of our sales efforts, working across air, ocean, and road freight to develop business opportunities both in the UK and internationally.

As a Logistics & Freight Sales Coordinator, you will:

  • Research and develop new UK and global sales opportunities in freight forwarding.
  • Liaise with carriers, monitor market trends, and evaluate freight rates (FCL, LCL, Road & Air).
  • Maximise sales potential across our full-service offering: air, sea, and road transport.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to build lasting relationships and understand their logistics needs.
  • Respond to and review sales quote requests via email.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Represent Trinity at industry networking events to promote our services and expand your contact base.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding sales.

Background in data freight or model trans systems is desirable.

Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
