Responsibilities in your new role as Food and Beverage Manager:
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will curate a fresh and evolving menu of food, wine, and drinks that celebrates Scottish heritage. Your leadership will drive restaurant and bar operations with energy and professionalism, ensuring every guest has a seamless, memorable, and authentic experience. You’ll coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, warmth, and pride in service. Additionally, you will create operational efficiencies that enhance the guest experience while taking ownership of health & safety, hygiene, budgets, and overall performance. Hosting the floor will be second nature for you as you read the room, support your team, and welcome guests with genuine hospitality.

You should be a food & beverage management professional with strong hands-on experience in similar environments.
